To preserve battery health, the MagSafe Battery Pack will simply stop charging your iPhone when it hits 90%. Given how small the battery is in the first place, we’ll be surprised if it even goes that far. But, if you do need it to charge your iPhone all the way to 100%, provided the MagSafe Battery Pack has enough juice onboard, you can totally do that.

It’s a simple toggle switch which you need to set up in Control Center and you’ll be charging away your iPhone to 100% whenever you feel like it. Pick up that iPhone and let’s have you set it up.
Tutorial
Note: This tutorial is only applicable to iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 users with the MagSafe Battery Pack.
Step 1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone.
Step 2. Scroll down and then tap on Control Center.
Step 3. Add the Low Power Mode toggle switch to Control Center from here.

Step 4. Now simply swipe down on the top right hand corner of the display to bring Control Center into view and press and hold on the Low Power Mode button you just added with the MagSafe Battery Pack attached behind your iPhone.
Step 5. Now simply tap on the Charge past 90% option as shown below.
It puzzles me to this day why this feature is hidden away like this, that too under Low Power Mode. A dedicated Battery Pack widget or a ‘battery’ toggle switch would have made more sense. Because reaching this feature on your own will obviously take some time. And if you are here reading this, it almost means that Apple does not even want you to find this feature and wants the accessory decide how much you should charge up on the go.
I will somewhat agree with Apple here. Charging it to full every single time is not that great for the battery, unless you plan to do it once in a day, that too while you are asleep.
